HR 101 will help participants to better understand what Human Resources (HR) is, determine who all holds responsibilities for HR Management (HRM), explore the different areas of HRM, decide how to best prepare for an HR career, recognize HR compliance items, and learn where to go for answers. This training will outline different employment options in the human resources field and discuss preferrable educational goals to achieve. Each area of human resource management will be discussed, such as staffing, payroll, benefits, safety, policies and procedures, employee discipline and motivation, legal compliance, training and development, and more.
